E-Design interiors are spaces that are designed completely online. It is a cost-effective, efficient, and convenient solution for your home design projects. E-Design can help you avoid spending thousands of dollars on “In-Person” hourly interior design! It is still a true collaboration between you and the designer, as we will communicate though the portal throughout the process. You will acquire visualization of products through design boards, shopping links to all furniture and décor, and detailed guidelines to assist in your final installation. This will all be done on your budget and your timeline!
This will vary as to how many clients are ahead of you. I take all designs in the order in which I receive them. The average time period is typically 2-3 weeks. Often it is much sooner. I try to keep this updated on the portal when you purchase your package. This is why it is encouraged to shop the design as soon as feasible.
Of course! You will let me know in your design questionnaire which pieces you would like to keep. I will ask for either a link to the item or a photo of the item, so that I can incorporate it into the design.
Absolutely! You’ll give me a budget for the entire room, and I’ll choose furniture pieces based on that.
You can have any room designed – Living Room, Bedroom, Dining Room, Studio, Nursery, Kids Room, Entryway, Outdoor Space. I don’t undertake any remodeling, so bathrooms and kitchens are not on the list. If you are looking for a redesign of your kitchen or bathroom without any remodeling or structural changes, then I would be happy to help.
You’ll have access to your design and shoppable links forever, so you can always refer back to it. Of course, prices and availability are subject to change over time.
We will communicate via the design portal or emails throughout the process. This is very effective, but if it becomes necessary, we can schedule a time to pick up the phone and have a chat. My typical business hours are Monday – Friday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, therefore most correspondence will take place during these hours.
I want to make sure that you are 100% happy with your design and will do whatever I can to ensure that you are. In the five business days after you receive the design we can make as many revisions as you like. There is no charge for this as with some of the big box e-design companies. Since unlimited revisions are available once the design phase is started there are no refunds.
There are always items that look different in person than they do on the computer screen. Most items are from well-known retailers and are easily returned. Occasionally items will be used which are trade only. These items may be non-returnable. If this is the case, I will let you know when the design is presented.
I do my best to make sure all items are available when I present the design. There is always a risk that an item may sell out. This is why I encourage clients to shop the design as soon as possible. If it is after the five-day revision time period, and an item is not available, I can resource for you for a fee of $50 per item. (There are no revisions on the Inspiration Mood Board Package, but I’m happy to resource any items for the $50 per item fee.)
I’m able to provide affordable services, as I do make a small commission on some items. This is of no cost to you. I do ask that you use the links to purchase your items as they are my direct shoppable affiliate links. This will allow me to keep my costs down. You will pay retail price with no markups!
